Directions

1) Take the wheat flour in a big vessel, add Semolina Suji, 1 table spoon of oil, add the salt, and mix it throughly

2) Add the water little by little, and knead it throughly to get a soft and nice dough

3) Make the dough into small balls, and make puris with the rolling pin

4) If you cannot make the exact circular shape, then use a circular vessel with sharp edges and press it down on the puri

Take it out and peel out the excess

5) Heat up the oil in the pan. The oil should be hot so the puri will pop up

6) Drop the puri and slightly press on it, so that it will easily rise up. When it rises up pour some hot oil on the top

7) Once one side is done, flip it over and pour some hot oil on the top

8) When both sides are slightly golden brown, then take it from the oil

9) For each and every puri, the oil should be hot, or else the puri will not pop up

10) Now the fluffy puri is ready to serve
