Split Moong dal pakoda

Directions

1) Soak the split moong dal for about 45 minutes

2) Cut the onions and green chili into small pieces

3) Wash the Moong dal well and grind it with coriander seeds and ginger into a coarse batter. Add the onion, green chili, curry leaves, and the required amount of salt to the batter

4) Heat up the oil in a pan and make small pakodas out of this batter

5) The flame should be between medium and high. When the pakodas turn into golden brown, take it away from the oil

                 Now the crispy and tasty pakodas are ready to serve
