Split Moong Dal Laddu

Directions 

1) Dry roast the Split Moong Dal till it turns into a Golden Brown color

2) Grind the roasted Dal in the blender into a fine powder.( If the powder is little bit coarse, then you can sieve it and use it)

3) Powder the Sugar into a fine powder

4) Heat some Ghee in a pan and roast the raisins and cashew nuts into golden brown color. Powder the cardamom with a teaspoon of sugar

5) Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of hot ghee in the mixture and mix it well

6) Now make small balls out of this mixture

You can make 10 to 12 Laddus out of this mixture
