Wheat Vegetable Biryani

1)Heat up 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan. Roast the cracked wheat in a medium flame till it gets nice aroma


2) Heat up 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. When the oil is hot add the whole garam masala. When it turns into slight golden color, add the onion.When the onion gets little tender, add the ginger garlic paste and the green chili. Saute it till the ginger garlic paste loses it’s raw flavor


3) Add the vegetables , mint, coriander leaves, garam masala powder  and the required amount of salt. Saute it for two minutes


4) Add 1/2 cup of  coconut milk  with 2 cups of water.  Let it comes to a boil


5) When the coconut milk boils, add the roasted cracked wheat and reduce the flame. Let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes


6) Finally  heat up 2 teaspoons of ghee in a pan and roast the cashew nuts. When they turn into golden brown color add it to the biryani and stir it well. Serve this tasty Wheat Vegetable  Biryani with Kurma and Raitha
