DIRECTIONS

1) Wash the spinach thoroughly and cut it

2) Cut the onion, and slit the red chili

3) Heat up 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. When the oil is hot add the mustard and urad dal

3) When the mustard seed crackles add the onion and the red chili. Saute it for a while
