DIRECTIONS

1) Keep all the ingredients in the direct sunlight for a whole day and grind it in a blender

2) If you don’t have time to keep it in the sunlight, then slightly dry roast it in a low flame and grind it ( I prefer the first method)

3) Keep the masala powder in a air tight container and always use a dry spoon.

You can use this garam masala for all biryani varieties and fries and gravies
