  1.  Wash and soak all the dals and the rice together for 3 to 4 hours. Grind the dal and rice mixture with 3 to 4 red chili (not included in the above table), ginger and salt into a little coarse consistency

             2. Cut the onion and green chili into small pieces

             3. Add the onion, green chili, asafoetida, and the curry leaf to the batter. If                       you add the drumstick leaf, it will give an additional taste to the adai

                          4. Heat up the Dosa pan in medium heat. When the pan is hot spread the                               batter into little thick adai dosai

                        5. Apply a teaspoon of oil in and around the dosa

                       6. When one side is done, flip the other side and let it cook in a medium                                flame

                       7. When both sides get done, serve this delicious adai with jaggery,                                          coconut chutney or Avial
