DIRECTIONS

  1. Grind the shredded coconut with green chili, roasted channa dal, and ginger into a consistency which is in between coarse and fine paste

2. Heat up 2 teaspoons of oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add the mustard seeds, urad                  dal. Once the mustard seeds splutter, add the red chili and the curry leaf

           3) Switch off the flame and pour the mixture into the ground coconut chutney

4)  Add required amount of salt and mix it well.

      Serve this delicious Coconut chutney with idly, Dosa, Pongal and get the appreciation from all of your family members
