Bread Dosa

DIRECTIONS

1) Cut the edges of the bread and wet it with little bit of water

 2) In a blender, take suji, rice flour, curd, green chili, ginger and curry leaves and grind it well

 3) Now add the bread and grind it like a dosa batter. Add some salt. Since we used salted bread, don’t add more salt

4) Grease the dosa pan with little bit of oil and pour the batter and make the dosa

5) Add a little bit of oil. If one side is done, flip it over and let the other side cook

 6) When both sides are cooked well take it away from the pan

Serve this Bread Dosa hot with Tomato chutney
